HOT SHOT SESSIONS

Hot Shot sessions are for beginners to intermediate-level kids. We use red, orange and green balls (Lower pressure with slower bounce) with a minimum of 3 kids and a maximum of 6 kids per coach. We will teach players the proper technique, coordination, point play and scoring. Racquets are provided if needed.

JUNIOR ELITE SQUAD SESSIONS

Junior Elite Squad sessions are for kids under 11 years old that can rally consistently, starting to play points full court with orange/green balls and possibly interclub. We will focus on improving the techniques, hand/eye coordination, footwork and fitness, point play and scoring.

ELITE SQUADS

For players from 10 years old who are able to rally with consistency from the baseline (green dots or hard balls), and are keen to play in competition or interclub. We focus on techniques, fitness, game plans and tactics.
